What is a video marketplace?

Showcase-America Video Marketplace is a promotional website utilizing video to showcase each American Made product in use, from all angles, thereby giving the shopper a more detailed view of the products.  This way the shopper will have a better idea how the product will work for them and will be more inclined to make an online purchase.   Once the shopper has watched a video, they can click on a link that will take them to that specific website to make the purchase.  Showcase-America does not sell the products, we are a promotional vehicle for other online retailers.

How do I advertise my product or business?

Go to our Advertise page and choose the package that works best for you.  (If you have any questions about which amount of time would be appropriate for your product, please contact Penny.)  Once payment has been made, we will email you a form to print out and fill in with all your information.  Mail this form, along with a sample of the product you would like demonstrated, to us at Showcase-America, P.O. Box 51, Montague, MI  49437.  We will create a video demonstration using your product and post it on a special page for you to view.  Once you have viewed the video and given your approval, we will post the video the following Monday.  Please keep in mind that we will not be able to return the sample product back to you.

I'm a work at home parent, can I advertise my Made In USA product?

Absolutely!  As long as it meets the requirements set by the FTC to be labeled and sold as Made In USA.  (Link to FTC requirements here.)

My product doesn't meet the Made In USA requirements, can I still advertise with Showcase-America?

No, but please visit our sister site www.showcase-shopping.com!

I'm an Independent Consultant for a direct marketing company that makes products in the USA, can I advertise?

Yes, but please keep in mind that we will only allow 1 independent consultant from each direct marketing company to advertise at a time.

Why won't you mail my product back to me?

Time and money spent on re-packaging, running to the post office, and paying shipping is time and money not spent on creating new video demonstrations, updating our site and promoting Showcase-America.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Are there products that you will not advertise on Showcase-America?

Yes, we will NOT advertise any products that are illegal, vulgar, sexual, profane, illicit, or violent in any way.  No exceptions.  We also reserve the right to not advertise any product that is sold on a website that contains other products that fall into this category.

Can I advertise my product if it's similar to one that's already on your site?

Sure, many people have similar products, but different features, patterns, fabrics, etc.  Our goal is to showcase a wide variety American Made products -- giving people a choice is as American as it gets!

Can I send you my own script of exactly what I want you to say?

If there's a specific phrase or wording you would like us to use while describing your product and as long as it meets our site's requirements (nothing vulgar, profane, etc.) and fits within the time allowed, we will do our best to make it happen!  We typically follow the description you send to us (dimensions, colors, textures, scents, etc.) and the instructions on how to use your product -- so don't leave anything out!

How long will it take for you to make my video demonstration after you receive my product?

Depending on how many products we receive in a given week, it typically may take 3 - 7 days to have your video ready.  We will post a notification on our Advertise page if there is a change in the production time.

Can I see my video before you post it?

Yes!  When your video demonstration is finished we will email you a temporary link to view it.  Once we have your approval, the video will be posted the following Monday.

What if I don't like my video?

We want you to be satisfied with your video.  Please let us know what you don't like about it and we'll do our best to change it and make it to your satisfaction. 

Can I make my own video to be shown on Showcase-America?

In order to maintain consistency with our videos we will not host videos made by other people, we're sorry for any inconvenience.

Where does Showcase-America advertise?

We advertise on Google, Yahoo, and lots of Top Site Listings and blogs.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

If, after revisions have been made, and all avenues have been taken to make it to your satisfaction, you are not happy with the video demonstration, and it has not been posted, we will refund your money.  If you have given your approval and your ad time has begun, no refunds will be given.
